Thank you for being a customer. Mistakes happen and sometimes we cannot reach our goal of making you a satisfied customer that wants to keep the product. In many cases, small issues can be resolved with the need for a return. We always encourage you to contact our customer service first and see if they can work out a solution with you. Please don’t forget to include your order number in your request. If all fails, please see the following paragraphs for our return policy.
We offer returns for unopened and undamaged within 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you’ve received it. It must also be in the original packaging and fully sealed. If there’s any indication that the heat seal might be broken, we cannot accept the item for return. The product label on the back of the item must be undamaged as well.
If your item is eligible for a return, please contact our customer service first to initiate the return process. You’ll receive instructions on where to send the item. Please do not mail any items before contacting us first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount refunded equals the amount paid for the returned item, not including any shipping charges of the original order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
